The players and guests of Fiesta Casino Poro Point experienced sultry moves from the dazzling EB Babes show last September 17. 2011. The all female dance group from the popular noontime show Eat Bulaga turned the Cabana Bar stage into a big dance floor.

Special guest that night was model and actress Sam Pinto, popular for her stint at the Big Brother Pinoy Edition. As soon as she stepped on stage, everyone was instantly charmed with her simple yet stunning personality.

Mooncake Festival at Fiesta Casino Rizal

It is the time of year wherein the Chinese celebrates its joyous Mid-Autumn Festival or more popularly known as the Mooncake Festival which happens every 15th day of the 8th month of the lunar calendar when the moon is brightest. 


Thunderbird Resorts - Rizal joined the festivities as they gave guests of Fiesta Casino a taste of the Chinese tradition last September 10. 


Lanterns adorned the casino while employees dressed in colorful Chinese costumes welcomed guests and gave out scrumptious mooncakes.

For the night's entertainment, it was move and groove with the Regatta Band.

The casino players and guests participated as well ames  such as a mooncake-eating contest, pick-up sticks and Chinoy Henyo. Winners received brand new cell phones! 

Topping the night off was a special raffle draw where one lucky winner went home with P100,000 in cash!

In a pioneering effort to celebrate the wedding industry, Thunderbird Resorts worked with seven of the country’s most esteemed and in-demand wedding suppliers and showcased them in the book entitled Thunderbird Resorts presents: The Power 7 Wedding Suppliers


These suppliers—who are nothing short of visionaries—represent the growing breed of creative individuals that are lending their own form of artistry into the industry. They are wedding coordinator Ernest Pascual, photographers DinoLaraand Oly Ruiz, bridal couturier Veluz Puno-Reyes, florist and event stylist Teddy Manuel, wedding stylist and caterer Kaye Cunanan, and wedding videographerJason Magbanua.
The suppliers collaborated and brought their artistry to the resort’s properties in Poro Point, La Union and Binangonan, Rizal. The book contains anecdotes from each supplier on how they jointly conceptualized the themes and worked on creating a complete vision of a dream destination wedding befitting Thunderbird Resorts’ mantra to “create extraordinary experiences”.

Manila's Comedy Bar Stars shine in Rizal

The popular comedians from Manila’s top comedy bars gathered together for one hilarious show at the Event Center last July 16, Saturday at Thunderbird Resorts-Rizal.

Kim Idol, Chubbylita, Arnel Chika, Donita, The Foxy Ladies and Inday Garutay went all out with their performances. Sing, dance, act, name it and they did it. Not to mention the dose of humor injected in each show piece.

Sexbomb Fires It Up!

A rainy weekday at Poro Point last week were turned around come Saturday, July 16 with the all-female dance group SEXBOMB's arrival at Thunderbird Resorts Fiesta Casino.

Clad in a grandeur of costume, the girls danced the night away one hot performance after the other. As always, Sexbomb delivered an all-out dance concert that left the crowd wanting for more.

Top 10 Finalists Announced during the Miss Philippines Earth Pre-Pageants at Thunderbird Resorts

As part of its commitment of working with a conscience towards promoting environmental awareness, Thunderbird Resorts supported another endeavor benefitting Mother Earth.

Organized together with Miss Earth Foundation and Carousel Productions, in celebration of the “Year of the Forests” this 2011, two of the most awaited pre-pageant events of the Miss Philippines Earth took center stage last Saturday, May 21, in Thunderbird Resorts-Binangonan Rizal’s newest Event Center. As an added twist to this year’s pageant, the announcement of the Top Ten Finalists serves as the climax of the night.

The ten ladies who are still vying for the prestigious titles were; Alicia Ariosa of Pagadian City, Muriel Orais of Cebu City, Edan Dafilmoto of Cotabato City, Michelle Gavagan of Las Pinas, Jonavi Quiray of Puerto Princesa City, Mary Denisse Toribio of the City of Malolos, Brenna Gamboa of Fil. East Coast, Athena Imperial of the Mun. of Casiguran-Aurora, Tarhata Rico of Makati City and Catrine Ocampo of General Santos City.

A special award cited as Ms Thunderbird Resorts was also given to Brenna Gamboa of Fil. East Coast. Present to award were Thunderbird Resorts VP-Impact Asia Angel Suiero and Chief Gaming Officer Shaun Thomsen.

Dynamic Comedy Duo Jose & Wally left everyone's tummy aching from an hour long of jokes, laughters and awesome performances last May 28, 2011 at Fiesta Casino Rizal.

Definitely crowd favorites, these two are no first-timers at the Cabana Bar stage as they had graced it before. They were also recently at Fiesta Casino Poro Point. On both occasions, Jose & Wally did not disappoint as they delivered an energetic dose of their comic skills, puns and wits, which the audience loved.

Viva Hot Babes brings the Hottest Reunion of the Year!

The Viva Hot Babes definitely made their comeback show at Thunderbird Resorts Rizal last May 14, 2011 the Hottest Reunion of the Year! Inspired by the movie Burlesque together with performances of the hits from the female group Pussycat Dolls, the Event Center stage exuded the famous Las Vegas vibe.

There were nothing but eye-popping and jaw-dropping worthy numbers from Katya Santos, Gwen Garci, Sheree, Jaycee Parker, Maricar dela Cruz, Mica Gomez, Zara Lopez and Sachie Sanders - who all proved that even after a long break, these Hot Babes are still oozing with poise, appeal, and the groove.

From one blazing number to another, the Viva Hot Babes leaves the crowd stunned and in awe. Surprising them with each costume change and sultry performance.

As the night came in to a close, the reunited girls proved once more that they are fitting to be claimed as the Hottest Babes in town. The event was made possible together with FHM Philipppines.
