Thunderbird Residences launches the Condotel in Poro Point

Aiza & Nyoy Acoustic Jam at Fiesta Casino Poro Point
The one-night special showcased the acoustic hits of Aiza and Nyoy, two of the country's top musicians.
A popular child celebrity during the ‘90s, Aiza shifted gears and focused on her music. Since then, she has received numerous awards for her both original and revival song renditions. Her hits include “Pagdating ng Panahon” and “Open Arms” to name a few.
After the show, the guests had a chance to have photo opts with the two artists.
The guests gave a thumbs up to their performances and indeed it was a very successful show for Fiesta Casino Poro Point.

Making Way for Phase II
The clearing and cleaning up of the Phase 2 vicinity has started to make way for house construction of buyers taking advantage of The Point’s Holiday Promo on-going until January 15th. With already over 21% lots sold in Phase 2 and the lot clearing works completed all planned road networks are totally grubbed and cleared.
Facing the sea, on the vicinity of the Hotel’s right side, Section A (Lots 33, 35, 37 and 39) road completion is on-going and is currently at 89% accomplishment.
Road excavation and completion on the opposite side, to the left side of the Hotel, SECTION B (area of Lots 20 to 30) works are coming along with finishing works for road completion at 90%, while Section C for Lots 1 through 18 are now at 89%.
