Reaching to almost a thousand, Fiesta Casino’s floor was filled with players and fans alike, all anticipated for GMA 7’s top performers during a concert held last Saturday, Jan 15, 2011.
Kicking off the show were Pinoy Superstar Alumna Jonalyn Viray, Aicelle Santos, and Maricris Garcia.
Collectively called as La Diva, this ballad and pop girl trio belted out renditions of popular hits, one of which was “Angels Brought Me Here”, a song popularized by Australian Idol Guy Sebastian.
The night’s highlight was no less than the King of Soul Janno Gibbs. The audience laughed at his no non-sense humor and loved his soulful hits and renditions.
“Fallin”, the theme song for a koreanovala, was one of his most popular and memorable hits.
